Delete your data

How to delete your FitForge data and account. FitForge is published by an independent developer; contact dr.souptik.onco@gmail.com.

FitForge is local-first and has no server-side account. Sign-in uses your Google account only to store an end-to-end-encrypted backup in your own Google Drive — we never receive or hold your data. You can delete everything yourself in minutes.

Delete your data — steps

  1. Erase everything on the device. Open FitForge → Me tab → Reset all data. This clears your profile, food logs, workouts, hydration, sleep and all other entries on the device.
  2. Disconnect Google (if you signed in). Me → Account & backup → Disconnect. This revokes the app’s access and deletes the local copy and its encryption key.
  3. Delete the encrypted backup from your Drive. In your Google Account, go to your connected apps & data controls, remove FitForge’s access, which deletes its private “app data” folder and the encrypted backup stored there.
  4. Uninstall the app to remove any remaining local data.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email dr.souptik.onco@gmail.com from the address linked to your app, with the subject “FitForge data deletion request,” and we will guide you through removing the Drive backup. Because we operate no user database, there is nothing stored on our servers for us to delete on your behalf.

What is kept

Nothing on our side. FitForge stores no personal data on any server we control, so there is no server-side copy and no additional retention period. Health and fitness data is read on-device only and is never transmitted to us.
